About Us

About AION Global

Two people, two lines of work, and one skill underneath both: knowing what a Canadian regulator will ask, and building for it early.

Our Story

Why this company exists

AION Global Inc. was founded in 2023 by Sonya and Christopher Cleroux, a CEO and a CTO who had seen the same problem from two directions. Sonya had spent years advising foreign companies through Canadian market entry, watching capable businesses stall on regulatory process when their product and their demand were both fine. Christopher had built systems for firms that answer to a regulator, and had watched teams bend general-purpose software into shapes it was never designed to hold.

The two lines of work follow from that. The consultancy takes companies through incorporation, licensing and the operational controls that come with a Canadian regulator. AION Nexus is the software version of the same competence: a CRM for regulated financial businesses, with an optional financial-operations layer on the same foundation, now approaching its first production deployment with a design partner.

How we work

How a small firm makes that work

You work with us directly

There is no account layer between you and whoever wrote the code or handled the filing. That is why the work is specific, and why we take on a few engagements at a time.

You will know what is shipped and what is next

Every product page here carries its own roadmap, and the control matrix we send under NDA comes with the gap analysis attached. If a control you need is still on the roadmap, you will hear it from us first.

We will tell you if you do not need us

If a horizontal CRM is the cheaper answer for you, or your Canadian entry does not need an adviser, saying so costs us one engagement. Not saying so costs us the next three.
