AION Global Inc.

Canadian market entry, and a CRM built for regulated firms

We do two things. We help companies outside Canada incorporate, get licensed and start operating here. And we build AION Nexus, a CRM for firms that answer to a regulator. Both come from the same place: knowing what a regulator will ask, and building for it early.

Our Services

What We Do

Two complementary business lines designed to drive your success in Canada.

Business Management Consulting

We take companies from outside Canada through incorporation, licensing, tax registration and the operational setup that follows. You get one team from the first filing to your first Canadian customer, and a plan with dates on it.

AION Nexus

Run your pipeline, your accounts and your onboarding on a CRM that was built for firms under supervision. Scores that explain themselves, an audit trail that detects tampering, and tenant isolation enforced twice. Pre-GA, with the full roadmap on the product pages.

Our approach

How we work

Three commitments that apply to the advice and the software alike.

Every score explains itself

When AION Nexus scores something, it shows you the inputs and writes down its reasoning. Nothing learns its own weights from your data. You can reproduce any decision months later, which is what a supervisor will ask you to do.

You always know what is built

Every product page carries its own roadmap: what runs today, what is finished and waiting on live rails, and what is still planned. You should be able to see the edges of software before you commit to it.

You work with the people who built it

AION Global is two people. Nobody sits between you and whoever wrote the code or filed the incorporation. The work is specific because of it, and we take on a few engagements at a time.

Where to start

Which one brought you here?

The two lines of work are different enough that it is worth pointing you at the right one.

For companies entering Canada

Consulting

You lead a company outside Canada, and entering the market here comes with a regulator attached: licensing, privacy duties under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, and the controls that follow. We have taken companies down this route before.

For regulated financial businesses

AION Nexus

You are weighing up a CRM that your risk function will have to sign off. The product pages are written for exactly that review: what it does, how it is controlled, and where it stands today, with nothing held back for the sales call.

Check us out before you ever speak to us

Four things you can verify on your own, without a call and without taking our word for any of it.

Read the API before you sign anything

The whole surface is published as an OpenAPI 3.0 specification: 301 REST endpoints across 137 data models. Your engineers can judge it for themselves.

See the test that proves tenant isolation

Of 7,412 automated tests, one runs against real PostgreSQL on every build and tries to read across tenants. Another fails the build outright if a money-movement route skips its authorization guard.

Read the gap analysis too

Our control matrix maps what is implemented, what is designed, and what is neither. We send it under NDA with the gap analysis attached.
